Refund policy
Activism Clothing would like to guarantee every customer receives satisfaction with their purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied then you have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date you received the items.
You will only be able to return the items if
- The goods have not been worn, washed, damaged or changed in any way.
- The products are returned to Activism Clothing within 14 days of receiving them.
You as the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products back to Activism Clothing.
If the goods returned to Activism Clothing do not meet the above standards then they will be returned to the customer. If you refuse delivery of the returned products, Activism Clothing has the full right to keep payment of the products.
Personalised clothing.
As these products are made personally for you. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once payment is received and the personalised design process has been started.
Exchange an item.
If you wish to exchange an item then please contact sam@activismclothing.com within 14 days of the original purchase.
